Terms & Conditions
ENTRY AGE: 18 - 65 years old, renewable up to age 75; Children from 15 days - 18 years old who are unmarried and unemployed, or up to age 25 if studying full-time during the policy period.
APPLICABLE FOR CLASS I AND II OCCUPATIONS: SmartCare Prime is appropriate for indoor and non-manual types of occupations.
WORLDWIDE COVERAGE: Maximum 182 consecutive days outside Singapore.
EXCLUDED ACTIVITIES: Participation in professional sports or hazardous activities such as parachuting, sky-diving, bungee jumping, racing other than on foot, etc.
PERSONS ELIGIBLE FOR COVER: Singapore Citizens, Singapore PRs, or holders of valid employment or student passes, long term social visit or dependant passes.
CHILD COVER: For family cover, spouse or child’s plan must not be higher than the policyholder’s; Child must be insured with at least one parent, subject to maximum 50% of the policyholder’s benefit.
EXCLUDED OCCUPATIONS: Air or ship crew, professional sportsman, occupations involving diving, offshore work, fire-fighting, police, naval or military operations or occupations of hazardous nature such as involving height, depth or heat.

Under no circumstances shall this insurance contract be deemed to provide cover and no liability be incurred to pay any claim or provide any benefit hereunder to the extent that the provision of such cover, payment of such claim or provision of such benefit would expose AXA to any sanction, prohibition, or restriction under United Nations resolutions or the trade or economic sanctions, laws or regulations of the European Union, UK, USA or Singapore.
